Yes, I do still have indirect access via my Adopt-A-Highway permit. In order to go to that roadway, you may have to join when I do another cleanup later this year. Volunteers are always welcome.

There is no easy way to get to the paving on Dead Man’s Curve. It is entirely within the freeway right of way. I have access to the site through my Adopt-A-Highway permit for that section of freeway.
