I enjoy riding my motorcycle throughout Southern California. In my exploration of the region by motorcycle, I’ve found many roads that are a lot of fun to ride. As such, I have been thinking about adding some pages about motorcycling in the region. What the focus of the pages may be and what sort of extent they may cover is still undecided. Topics such as riding tips specific to Southern California, recommended roads, and other items of interest may be included. I am looking to see if there is indeed interest in adding these pages. If you are interested, please send me feedback and / or vote in the poll, which is on the left sidebar.

Site Expansion Coming Soon – Imperial Valley Geology
As an extension of my coverage of the geology here in Southern California, I intend to add a page on the geology in the Imperial Valley region. Subjects such as the Salton Sea, mud pots, Lake Cahuilla, the Colorado River Delta, and more as time permits. There is a lot to cover and more to the region than normally meets the eye.
Site Updates
In the interest of “filling in gaps” in the site, I’ve added some photos to my San Diego Mission Valley Bicycling page as well as updated my Fairmount Avenue page. My Fairmount Avenue page also includes photos in addition to updated information about the expressway.
Los Angeles County Bridges coming soon!
I’ve slowly been working on adding more pages to my Historic Bridges of Southern California section. Los Angeles County is next and is being worked on now. While the format is still a bit “fluid”, the page should be up soon. Look to the main Historic Bridges section for updates in the next couple weeks.
New Feature – Site Map
While still not in its final form, I have added a Site Map to this website. The site is large and, while at least somewhat organized, it can be tough to find certain pages. This new feature will allow for an easier look into all this site has to offer. It can be found here and in the menu on the left side of the page.
