Ran from I-5 in Pacific Beach to I-15 near Tierrasanta in San Diego.

Balboa Ave was a fairly new signed State Highway and has since been relinquished entirely. At the 15, northbound 15 traffic to westbound Balboa has a nice flyover ramp.
