Western Terminus of US 66

This is the last section of former US 66 still signed in California. However, it is unsigned for some reason in Los Angeles County. Slowly, Caltrans is relinquishing segments to the cities it passes through. Eventually this will eliminate this route from the state.

US 66 is signed at many intersections along Foothill Blvd. This one is at Mt. Vernon Avenue eastbound near the I-215 junction. This is new signage, and is a bit of a mystery.
