About the Drive
This roadway is a scenic route passing mostly along the San Andreas Fault. It runs through the San Emidio Mountains at the south end of the San Joaquin Valley from near Mt Pinos Rd at Cuddy Valley to Hwy 33/166 near the summit of Grocer Grade. There are no services along the route except at Pine Mountain Club, on the eastern end of the road. This road was formerly known as Cerro Noroeste Rd.
