Arroyo Seco Parkway Tour Addition

I’ve been considering adding an Arroyo Seco Parkway tour to the site, partially as a way to have an “alternate” to the US 99 tour as there is already one for Foothill Blvd. I already have a page on State 110, but this would be a little more in-depth and cover the route from the Four Level to Pasadena, with a connection to Colorado Blvd. Not sure when this will happen but could be sooner than later, given the amount of material I already have.
